Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to United States customers. Shipping is free for orders $30 or more in the United States. For customers outside the United States (international shipping), shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from Wearamap.com. An incorrectly entered addresses can delay or prevent shipment. 

If your package is lost due to an incorrect address and the package is not recoverable, we cannot be held responsible. We will need to place another full charge order if you want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are not in our control.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wearamap@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
