Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer flat-rate shipping to customers within the United States. Orders that meet our qualifying purchase amount are eligible for free shipping within the United States. Please check the shipping cost displayed at checkout for the applicable rate on your order. For customers outside the United States, international shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and order details and will be displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from Wearamap.com. An incorrectly entered addresses can delay or prevent shipment. 

If your package is lost due to an incorrect address and the package is not recoverable, we cannot be held responsible. We will need to place another full charge order if you want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are not in our control.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wearamap@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
